Group homes and supervised apartments are licensed under N.J.A.C. Any recordings produced by an EMD in a group home's common areas are to be retained by the group home for a period of 45 days. The notice shall indicate that an electronic monitoring device has been installed in the room and that visitors will be subject to electronic video monitoring while present therein.
