Smith; son, Stacy Smith; daughter, Susan Smith; three sisters, Kathleen, Wilma (Billie), and Shirley. Born on Nov. 6, 1943 in Elmira, daughter of the late, Francis & Shirley Kiper Towner. She enjoyed music, camping and fishing with her brother, NASCAR, collecting eagles and watching old movies. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Floyd Partin and Maggie Carmack Partin of Middlesboro, KY.; her siblings, Roscoe Shelby (Lola), Elmer Shelby (Ruth), Dearl Shelby, Alvis Frank Shelby, Jr., Pearl Dick, Lucille Hatfield, Mary Partin Wilcox and Koactha Partin; and her niece Jana Lea Hopkins. She will be interred in St. Peter & Pauls Cemetery beside her husband.
